ACM Research Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Concurrent Private Placement

FREMONT, Calif., Nov. 07, 2017 -- ACM Research, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACMR) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $5.60 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. SAN DIEGO, Nov. 7, 2017 -- NewSchool of Architecture & Design (NewSchool) will host Part II of the 2017 WIA|P WIA TALKs, in conjunction with Women In Architecture Palomar Chapter (WIA|P) and the WIA San Diego Chapter (WIA|SD), on Thursday, November 9. The event serves as a follow up speaker panel to the WIA|P Summer Film Fest from August of this year and will be held from 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. on the NewSchool campus, located at 1249 F Street in San Diego.

BURLINGAME, Calif., Nov. 7, 2017 -- Proterra, the leading innovator in heavy-duty electric transportation, announced that the San José City Council today has approved the purchase of ten Proterra Catalyst® E2 zero-emissions battery-electric transit buses and related charging infrastructure for use at the Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport (SJC). The Council selected Proterra as SJC's battery-electric bus provider citing the company's sustainability, performance and operational cost-savings excellence. This purchase marks Proterra's first airport electric bus deployment in the San Francisco Bay Area. State regulators have been seeking protections for consumers by fighting for borrower policies like borrower defense to repayment, which allows loan forgiveness for eligible students defrauded by their schools, and against scam companies targeting student loan borrowers. Now, student loan servicers and collection agencies have asked the Department of Education to tell the states to step down, arguing that federal agencies such as the Department of Education govern the loan servicers' activities, not individual states. LOS ANGELES, Nov. 7, 2017 -- 99 Cents Only Stores LLC (the "Company") today announced the amendment of the Company's existing term loan facility, which, among other things, extends the maturity date by three years from January 2019 to January 2022.
Under the amendment, the maturity date of the term loan facility has been extended to January 13, 2022, with a springing feature to June 1, 2019 if a certain percentage of the Company's existing senior notes due in 2019 remain outstanding at that time.
In connection with the amendment, approximately $130 million of the existing first lien term loans held by the Company's equity sponsors were converted to a new pay in kind second lien term loan facility. The amendment increases the junior lien capacity under the Company's term loan facility, including for refinancing.
